My sister was a patient at this facility, and I must say that she was under the best care. Social Workers Rosemarie Sarasua and Jaclyn Ryan were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very professional during my sister's stay through her comfort care, and kept my family and myself updated on her status. Also, the Nursing Department provided the best medical care through her transition. My brother was a resident here for years, and during that time, the staff was very helpful in keeping me informed of my brother's health and well-being. I live on the West Coast, so I could not physically come in or visit with my brother. The staff would call me with updates, any hospital admissions, and ongoing care. Unfortunately, my brother passed away, and I was notified immediately upon his passing. I can not thank the entire staff and Care Manager for their compassion for my brother. You all made this transition a positive moment. Thank you all!

Bronx park has been a home for my brother for over 20 years. I have come to feel very comfortable and see this home as his second family.The entire staff beginning with the receptionist as soon as I walk through the door are welcoming and cheerful. The staff is very involved with my brothers care and constantly informs me of anything that happens to him. They call me constantly and update me on his progress. They are open to questions and respond promptly when I have a request. They take him to his appts outside of the facility. They always have some activity going on for the residents. They celebrate their birthdays and make them feel special. Naturally when my mother fell ill and needed a nursing facility we chose Bronx Park. She has been there for a short time but is already getting the care and attention that she needs. She is bed bound so she needs more care than my brother but I have no doubt that they will too take excellent care of her. Thank you to each and every person who is involved in the care of my two loved ones.

We selected Bronx Park Rehab after reviewing other Google Reviews. We did not have previous knowledge or experience in this area.
Our father arrived to Bronx Park Rehab in late December 2023 for rehab after a hospital stay. Everyone was so kind and caring to our father and the whole family. This meant so much to us.
Unfortunately, my father arrived at the rehab unresponsive which meant he unexpectedly needed end of life care (the change in his medical status was not at all related to the care provided by Bronx Rehab). The staff at Bronx Park provided a seamless transition and support to end of life care, that put us at ease.
The staff were incredibly professional and provided us with comprehensive updates.
We could not have envisioned a better, more peaceful outcome.
I would highly recommend Bronx Rehab to others in need of rehab or nursing support.

"My father recently was discharged from this rehabilitation facility. He stayed in this rehab for around 6 months to recover following a terrible fall that made him particularly weak due to his chemotherapy. Overall, my father had a good experience; he had some helpful aids. He really enjoyed his physical and occupational therapy treatments there. That's what he said he'd miss the most. The RN nurse supervisor named Linda, was very wonderful. Such a doll! She always helped with all my father's out of the city chemotherapy sessions, and she was the first person I called whenever I had a question about medication or a health issue. The members of Linda's team were excellent. I'd also like to express my gratitude to Jackie Ryan, the director of social worker there. Jackie ALWAYS responded when I would contact her on different days and at different times, and if I had a concern, she would go check on my father. Even the discharge procedure was made simple by her, and she thoroughly explained it to me. The six months my father spent there were good overall; I felt safe knowing he was there and that someone was watching out for him. If something happens, the facility will also let you know and keep you informed. I'm happy I chose this center for my father."

My ex-husband was there short term for rehab and the Therapists did an amazing job to get him back to be able to swallow whole food and to walk without bending and shuffling. The Bronx Park Center is one of the best homes in New York. The staff is very pleasant, professional and kind. My mother has dementia, which hasn’t progressed thanks to the help of the great staff. I would fully recommend Bronx Park Center!

Bronx Park Center is great! The staff in the nursing home is top-notch; they work really well with the residents and their families. They are very pleasant, kind, intelligent men who ensure patients have great times! Highly recommended!

Jackie, the Director of Social Work, is amazing. She was a huge help during a discharge, very seasoned, energetic, and caring. She coordinated every detail to a "t". Rega from their business office is a pro too, helpful and knowledgeable. The rehab staff member I spoke with was also clearly on top of a detail that needed attention. This is a facility where the administration recognizes the value of staff who are invested in making the experience work for everyone involved - patients and their families.

It is very important that you choose the right care for your loved one. After transferring my aunt from another nursing home facility (due to unsatisfactory care), within just a few weeks I saw a great improvement at Bronx Park Rehab. Her mood and behavior improved dramatically and she was well groomed. It’s very easy to get in touch with staff, the overall vibes is very positive. I would recommend Bronx Park Rehab to anyone who is incapable of providing in home care for a family member. I am very pleased.

The staff here was truly amazing. Jaclyn (Director of Social Services) and Linda (Nurse Supervisor) were outstanding. They always kept me informed and provided us with comprehensive updates. Both of these ladies were always available when I would call or visit the facility and I am forever grateful. My grandmother would refer to Jaclyn as her "Brooklyn girl" and she would say "there's no place like Brooklyn".
